Exchange Policy

1. Defective / Faulty Product
* If the customer reports any defect - such as heel issues or any manufacturing fault - within

24 hours of delivery, we will repair or exchange the product free of cost.
* If the defect is reported after 2-5 days, it will be considered usage-related (not a manufacturing fault).

Repair charges: Rs. 500

Replacement charges: Rs. 350

2. Size Issue & Product Satisfaction
* If the customer selected the wrong size or they are not satisfied with the product they can request an exchange within 5 days of purchase.
* Customer will pay Rs. 350 delivery charges (DC) for the size exchange.
* If we sent the wrong size, the exchange will be done completely free of cost (no charges).
